Delete your Calcise account
In the app (fastest)
- Open Calcise and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Without the app
Email support@calcise.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm and delete the account within 7 days.
What gets deleted
Your profile (name, email, optional mobile number, age, height, weight, goals and preferences), and every diet plan, food, water, weight and workout log, saved meal, grocery list and body or before/after scan linked to your account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What we keep
Nothing linked to you. Database backups containing deleted data expire within 30 days. If you had a subscription, Google Play or the App Store keeps its own purchase records; cancel the subscription in your store account.
